Research categories and awards to find the best fit. Select awards that align with your business goals or the message you want to convey. Remember, you can apply for multiple awards each year.

2. Tell Us Why You Deserve It

Write a story up to 500 words telling us not what you do and why. Avoid marketing speak; tell us human-to-human. You will also have the option to upload additional supporting materials such as videos and case studies.

3. Pay your fee and submit

There is a nominal, one-time fee, $750, for each award submission. This fee includes a ticket to the event, VIP Finalist and Winner promotions, exposure to retailers, digital assets, and more.

The VIP Awards isn't your typical awards event. Whether you're at our signature New York event or joining us in Asia Pacific or Europe of our global ceremonies, this is a fun, celebratory and inclusive environment where you mingle with industry colleagues and peers. You'll build new relationships, all while enjoying a beautiful venue, great food, an open bar, and an engaging keynote!

Eligibility

The awards are open to any company providing solutions and services to the retail industry, including software/hardware providers, analysts, consulting firms, agencies, and media.

Process

1. Nominations:

• Solution providers can submit their nomination applications with necessary collateral
• Retailers and other vendors can recommend vendors by filling out a form on the Nominate page, after which the vendor completes their submission

2. Voting:

• Once open, encourage your network, customers, and social media followers to vote

3. Judging:

• Our exclusive panel of judges will assess the votes and materials submitted and vote for a winner
• Winners are announced at the Awards ceremony

Yes, you can save and edit your entry as many times as you like until you pay and hit submit. Ensure all information is accurate and complete before final submission.

Nominees must be present at the Awards ceremony to win. Each nomination comes with one ticket, so make sure at least one representative from your company attends. Additional tickets or tables can be purchased through our website closer to the event.

General Award Entry Criteria

• Submit a description (up to 500 words) explaining why your entry deserves the award
• Include your company logo, supporting files, and images
• A fee of $750 must be paid by credit card to submit.
• This fee will include all marketing materials, promotion, 1 event ticket, digital badges, and more

Attendance Requirement

• Nominees must attend the awards ceremony
• Ensure at least one representative is present to win, however, we encourage you to invite additional attendees
• Tickets will be available for purchase closer to the event date

Voting Rules

• Supporters of a vendor’s service or product can vote, with each person allowed one vote per award
• Voters must have a business email to vote
• You are limited to 5 votes from your company
